Premium One Plus Ltd was established in 2012 as a family run business to facilitate the need to construct our family house. Since then, we have successfully built other residential houses and renovated others. We are licensed to construct residential homes up to 3 stories; however, we are not limited to the construction of new homes. No jobs are too small for us. You conceive the renovation, addition or improvement you would like to your property, we will make it a reality.

Caswell, the founder of the company, has over twenty years’ hands-on experience in construction. He worked in various capacities in the construction industry, such as general site management, paymaster, estimator, and project supervisor. He has a firm grasp on structural as well as architectural drawings and understands how to marry the two on the site.

In addition to his construction experience has acquired his first degree in management from the University of the Cayman Islands (UCCI), which he was introduced to the General accounting principle and basic understanding of Business law and its practice. He has also furthered his training in accounting by enrolling in training towards the ACCA qualification. He has also completed certificate courses at the University College of the Cayman Islands for construction management and project management
